Casa Alacrán in Playa Negra

Casa Alacrán is located in Playa Negra, home to world class waves and spectacular beaches and wildlife. Located within a gated community, you are just steps from beaches, restaurants, yoga, and more! Enjoy your own private villa complete with salt water pool, patios, grilling area, gardens, and roof top deck with ocean and mountain views. Whether you’re exploring the limitless adventure that the Guanacaste province has to offer or simply relaxing poolside, Alacrán provides the perfect getaway!
The space
This two level house is perfect for large groups. Two and even three families that want to share a vacation and still have their own personal space as the house is actually 3 separate apartments: 1 upstairs, and 2 downstairs units.

The MAIN HOUSE it's on the upper level has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a King size bed and full bed in a loft inside the room, the second bedroom has a king size bed.

The lower level consists of two separate areas or mini apartments. The first one has a kitchenette and two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other one with twin beds and a full bathroom.

The second sleeping area has two bedrooms, one with queen size beds and the other one with twin size beds. One full bathroom is available for this two bedrooms.
Guest access
All areas are exclusively for the use of the guest and don't have to be shared with anyone.
