This exquisite 2BDR, 2BTH home is a quick 5 minute drive to the stunning beaches of Playa Junquillal and Playa Blanca. Located within the ecological gated community of Tierra Pacifica, Casa de Paz is just a 1 minute walk from the community's many amenities including multi-tiered swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, yoga studio and tennis court.

This exceptionally built home features beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms, custom-made furniture and high ceilings throughout.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom, and it features a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, closet, and adjacent bathroom.

A unique feature of this house is the large screened-in porch, connected to both bedrooms and the main living area. The porch has a beautiful table for more formal dining and ample seating for relaxing and hanging out.

Accordion glass doors separate the bedrooms and living room from the porch. When open, there is a magical flow connecting all the rooms in the house together. When closed, there are state of the art automatic blinds for privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen has wrap around granite counter tops which level up to a bar with 6 stools. At the far end of the kitchen there is a spacious breakfast nook for casual dining, overlooking the lush garden.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living room with couch, loveseat, and smart TV.

Other major pluses to this house include an outdoor patio/BBQ area, laundry room, wine cooler and a lovely hammock in the back yard!

Evoking a private and remote feel within the scenic landscape of Tierra Pacifica, yet walking distance to luxury style amenities, at Casa de Paz guests have the best of both worlds.

So this place is basically a brand new home that is absolutely beautiful. I wanted to stay someplace that was comfortable after exploring the surrounding neighborhood. We surfed a lot, road horses, visited a goat farm, used the crap out of our 4-wheel rent a car and after every day we returned to this beautiful home to shower and cook a meal in the gigantic kitchen. We bought 4 pounds of tuna from a wonderful man who delivered it to our door and also bought fresh bread from a lovely couple who also came by the house. None of this would have happened if it wasn't for the friendliest and most adorable property manager Chiara. Thank you Chiara for helping make our stay so magical. We will definitely be back. Playa Negra is by far our favorite place in Costa Rica and this property is our home.

This place was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and was stunning down to every detail. We enjoyed the pool and location for lots of beaches. We loved the more local feel and communication was excellent. We were thrilled to see a group of about 15 howler moneys in a tree in the yard. Overall fantastic

This home is so beautiful, well equipped and close to so much! The community it is nestled in is so unique - the gym was great every day! All the beach hopping was nothing but perfection. Chairs, towels and cooler were so convenient. Thank you for a great visit - we will definitely be back.
