“Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend ”

“The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. “We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. “Schönes grosses Zimmer. Studio im Dach. Alles was man braucht. Das Personal war wirklich Klasse. Vertrauenskühlschrank an der Rezeption war auch toll.Frühstück, frisch und lecker. Leider nur eine Infrarotkabine anstelle einer richtigen Sauna, das ist das Einzige was einen Punktabzug verdient, falls man Wer auf eine Sauna legt. Beim nöchsten Besuch in Marienbad wird sicherlich wieder dort übernachtet.”
