The location was good and the check in process was simple. It had no centralized air conditioning but multiple windows that could be open to let fresh air in.

Pro: la struttura è in una posizione veramente comoda (praticamente di fronte al charles bridge) per ogni luogo di interesse, la colazione ci è piaciuta molto come lo staff che la serviva che era pronto sempre in caso di necessità. Contro: all’arrivo ci hanno garantito che il servizio reception era attivo 24/24 e che non c’era problema se arrivavamo anche tardi da una serata, il secondo giorno torniamo alle 2 del mattino e non ci apre nessuno è solo dopo svariati tentativi e circa 10 min a suonare e bussare arriva un signore con gli occhi rossi e che dormiva palesemente con atteggiamento molto scontroso, come se lo avessimo disturbato che ci apre,

We stayed here for a week in June while in Prague for the world climbing series. We had a great stay overall, and would stay here again in future. It was a lovely, well appointed unit very true to listing and photos in a very convenient location close to many, many tram lines. There’s a small market on the block, and several grocery stores within a few minutes of walking. The only downside really is that the check in process was really fiddly - there’s an online component, then an in person iPad component - and I think if you aren’t tech savvy it would be even more difficult than we found it. Of all the places we stayed in Europe over a month, this was the hardest check in and check out process. Not the end of the world by any means, just something to note. The only other consideration worth noting is that the lift only goes to half floors so no matter what unit you’re staying in you will need to do some stairs. Wasn’t a problem for us but I did see several tourists struggling with big wheeled suitcases on the stairs to/from the lift.

Zimmer war sauber, aber sehr klein und laut. Ansprechpartner haben nie geantwortet

Ottima struttura dalla tipica atmosfera Ceka, niente di moderno ma tutto perfetto e pulito. Bene in particolare la colazione ed il personale.
