Welcome to Vendres-Plage! This charming Mediterranean-style house, measuring approximately 70 m², is located just a 5- to 7-minute walk from the beach.



It comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children, featuring 3 double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully renovated and well-equipped kitchen, and two private terraces.



An ideal base for enjoying the sea, the sunshine, and the Mediterranean lifestyle with family or friends.



The Space:

This holiday home, measuring approximately 70 m², offers a warm and functional living space.



It features:



* A spacious living room with a TV area and a sofa bed

* A dining area

* A fully equipped kitchen, completely renovated in 2025

* 3 double bedrooms

* A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet

* Two private terraces—one at the front and one at the back of the house

* High-quality sun loungers and 2 parasols



The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, large-capacity fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and Nutribullet blender.



For your comfort, the house also includes a washing machine, iron, Dyson vacuum cleaner, several fans, and electronic mosquito repellers.



Please note: the house does not have air conditioning.



For families with young children, two baby cots, a baby bath, and plastic tableware for children are available.



A television is provided. Wi-Fi is not yet installed, but service is scheduled to be set up soon.



The Neighborhood:

You have private access to the entire house and both terraces.



Several free parking spaces are available in front of the house's gate.



The beach is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away, allowing you to easily enjoy the coast without needing to take the car.



Bed linen is provided with beds made upon arrival; a welcome kit and cleaning service are included.

The house accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children, thanks to the three bedrooms, a sofa bed, and available baby equipment.



The two terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day—whether for breakfast, meals, reading, a nap, or evening drinks.



The beach is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away.



To ensure a smooth stay, Valras’Loc provides a 7-day-a-week concierge service—including assistance, cleaning, and laundry—as well as local tips and recommendations for exploring the area.

**Security deposit**



A security deposit is mandatory, including for Airbnb guests. A credit card pre-authorization (starting at €150, depending on the property) will be required.



You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete the check-in process. This is when you can register your bank card for the security deposit.



If we are unable to process the security deposit, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.



**Baby equipment**



Additional baby equipment is available as an option: high chair for €15 per stay.





**Arrival and departure**



Early arrival or late departure may be offered subject to availability, for a surcharge of €40.



For late arrivals after 11:00 PM, a €40 surcharge applies only if an in-person welcome is required. If the arrival after 11:00 PM is self-check-in, no surcharge is applied.



**Note regarding summer comfort**



The house does not have air conditioning, but several fans and electronic mosquito repellents are provided.

We offer a personalized welcome on-site to hand over the keys and show you around the property.
