Welcome to L'Écrin des Dunes, air-conditioned maisonette in Vendres-Plage, 500 m walk from the beach and shops. Located in a secure, quiet residence with no traffic between the houses, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Terrace with awning and barbecue, swimming pool in season, Wi-Fi and 2 private parking spaces: everything is provided to enjoy the sun, the sea and its surroundings.
L'Écrin des Dunes is an air-conditioned maisonette of 35 m², designed for comfortable holidays with family, couple or friends.
On the first floor, you will find a convivial living room with living room, 160 cm BZ sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and separate toilet.
The kitchen has everything you need for your stay: fridge with freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster and kettle.
Upstairs, the maisonette comprises:
a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed;
a cabin bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children;
a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and second toilet.
For added safety, a gate is installed at the top of the stairs and a bed rail is available for children.
Outside, you can enjoy a south-east facing terrace with awning, garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for meals and relaxation.
The residence's secure swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. You will also have access to a concrete ping-pong table and a petanque court.
Two private parking spaces are available inside the residence.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
A welcome kit is provided on arrival with the basic products to start the stay off right. Consumables are not restocked during the stay.
