“It would be good to tell the guest to take the set of keys with you after you get them from the lockbox. I opened the first orange gate and then returned them, which was obviously a mistake. I had to go back to get the keys to open the other gate, from the inside, which was very difficult. Also, you should label the other gate key with a blue cover.
