Very nice staff. Only recommendations are to let guests know in advance they should rent a car if they want to see T&cs, and to offer snorkel gear in the Villa (masks and snorkels). ”

“Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”

La mia camera posta al piano superiore é tenuta discretamente ha un balconcino e anche un piccolo salotto (ma penso sia l'unica). Bellissino il ristorante sulla spiaggia del resort ”

What I would say even though the pool is open 24hrs it needs more lights.. but overall great stay.. and I would also like to mention Daniel was great in making accommodations to and from the beach.. overall thanks for welcoming us it was a pleasure 🙏 ”

"The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely ruined by the nets. We also didn’t appreciate the poor service on the beach: at 5 pm all the chairs were stacked just in the middle of the beach, and guests had to move their staff elsewhere. Also be aware that the hotel is just next a huge construction site of new hotel/condos: it is fair to say that the construction is visible from many other places of the beach and that there are also many other construction sites all over the island. Yet, the Sands is just next to it. Overall, the structure is nice with well kept gardens, and with a small effort from the management it will definitely improve a lot. "

"Scelto per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto per una permanenza di tre notti con spostamenti aerei tra le isole, è risultato veramente comodo, con parcheggio libero nella piazzetta di fronte all'hotel.
La struttura non è certamente paragonabile ai lussuosi alberghi sulla baia, ma non lo è neppure lontanamente il costo di una camera, che è molto vantaggioso.
La camera non è lussuosa, ma è dotata di TV, cassaforte, ferro da stiro, forno a microonde, frigorifero, macchina da caffè americano, asciugacapelli, accessori e prodotti da bagno. Il mio televisore però non funzionava, anche se non l'avrei guardato molto."
