Hotel in zona Venetian Road Settlement, Providenciales

“Buona pulizia personale molto cortese”

“a new hotel, beautiful room, top services, all available, excellent transfer to the fabulous beach, excellent food (we are Italian), we celebrated 25 years of marriage, it couldn't have been better”

“Too much stairs”

“Struttura comoda con personale disponibile. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ”

“Beaches were absolutely beautiful and everyone that worked there was so incredibly friendly and helpful.”

“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...

“The room was very nice and we liked having the pool off the room. The staff were very friendly. October probably wasn’t the best month to go because most days we couldn’t use the beach given the tide/rough water. A couple things we didn’t like include the open shower concept which made the floor all wet and the combo washer/dryer in one unit that didn’t really dry our clothes. Overall Turks was quiet and very relaxing. But a lot of restaurants were closed since it was the quiet season.”
