Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion.
