“Property was very loud. No amenities in the bathroom. The shower did not drain properly.”

“we loved this property so much that we booked an additional stay! Location is ideal- right off I-75 and you can easily walk to a nearby Greek, Burger, or Seafood restaurant. We loved the clean rooms, hot shower, outdoor pool, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Marie in Breakfast service and Sandy at the Front desk- BOTH ladies very helpful and kind to us. Will definitely stay here again on our way back to Sanibel!”

“Room was clean and neat, good bath towels. Liked the temperature control. Pillows were not so good. Also, daily maid service was restricted to changing towels. Could have made the bed and emptied baskets too.”

Il costo delle stanze era altamente spoporzionato alla qualità del hotel e dei servizi. La posizione era molto brutta per arrivare al centro e alle spiagge. Molto deluso dalla scelta...era tra gli hotel consigliati da Expedia”

“We have stayed at this HI Express several times and so appreciate the great staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were a bit disappointed on our most recent stay, our last night our bed was not made, towels were just left on the sink counter. We can't say enough about the breakfast service and the staff who makes it possible, and about the front desk weekend staff. They are amazing, and we are so grateful that you are there so that we can travel safely and comfortably. We will be back!”

“Had a horrible 2 nights stay here. They do accept pets and the people in the room above us left their dog locked inside the room as they went out for the night. This dog barked all night long AFTER complaining to yhe front desk. They said they were well aware as wr werent the only ones that complained. The next night sounded like we were living under a bowling alley.. noise all night long. The food at the bar was gross, wings were breaded and drenched in red hot sauce and soggy.. breakfast...
