Dear Guest, Unfortunately Expedia do not provide us your booking reference so we can't verify in which room you stayed, althought that as you came during the International Film Festival (peak season) the hotel was fully booked for the whole 10 days and that's probably the reason why you fund the staff busy. Regarding the rooms, our rooms have almost all the same standard, this is a 2* hotel so you should not expect a 5* room, we have 40 rooms and of course are different from eachother but we can't put online a picture for eachone, the pictures on the websites are quite faithful to reality, anyhow we suggest you not to book an hotel on a website just relying on the pictures....you probably choosed hotel Sorriso because is well located to the Film Festival (so you should expect to be in front of the ferry station). As by expedia warning the room preferences you select reserving with then are just "preferences" not guarantee, anyhow we did our best in order to satisfy your wishes. To avoid disappointments we suggest you to book directly whit the hotel so you can be sure if would be possible to afford your requests and not to expect more from the hotel's category you decide to book. Merci madame, hereux que vous avez passé un bon sejour, effectivement il y a eu un probleme ave un antenna wifi au premier etage, mais on ce a aperçu seulement mardì que un client nous l'a signalé et hier a ete remplacé.
