The dining room opens onto a large balcony with a view of the Venice-en-Quebec marina: Marina. The balcony is equipped with a patio set and a propane BBQ. In addition, 2 kayaks and a canoe with paddles and personal flotation devices are at your disposal. In winter, it is a prime location for activities on the lake: ice fishing, ice skates directly in front of the loft.
