“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Have to say we loved everything about our stay at Maasparel Nextdoor. The town of Arcen is lovely. Our room was clean, with great décor, comfortable beds and a awesome view of the river. The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have been happier with our 2 night stay. ”
