“It was very clean, very spacious and family friendly.”

“The location is perfect for beach access. Beautiful sunsets and lounging on the upper deck. The house is a bit quirky in that the lounge area is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs. Yes you can cram 12 people into the property but it would be a disaster. The place is too small for 12 people. If 10 of them were children under 12 that would work. The decor is very dated and tired. The inside is very dark downstairs too because of all the timber and the only small TV is upstairs which has issues...

“A great house with a lovely view of the water from the balcony. The house is well equipped and the pool table and dart board was an added treat. The games room and second queen bed are accessible only from the outdoor stairs so it will split your group up somewhat, but it was no problem for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.”

“We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.”

“Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any...
