“Great dog friendly hotel.”

“The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars.”

“We had such a fantastic stay. The hotel is right opposite two bus stops which take you right to Newport, Ryde and Sandown and there is a Co-Op just down the road. The staff were so welcoming and exceptionally friendly. The room was restocked daily and cleaned beautifully. The food on the restaurant was outstanding. It can be a bit noisy until 11 due to it being a pub but it was not ongoing and we were not disturbed by it. We could not have asked for another place to stay.”

Shops and restaurants and bars were of walkable distance, rooms had everything we needed and staff were friendly and more than helpful with any other needs. Rooms very warm (no aircon) and only a cheap plastic desk fan to cool them down. Very basic facilities / amenities in room (cheap plastic kettle, single bottle of 'shampoo & gel' in bathroom and cheap plastic bins and toilet brush. “Lo consiglio. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico difetto è stato il check in lento e una strana procedura per cui ti addebitano 20 sterline all’arrivo sulla tua carta di credito nel caso consumassi qualcosa (ma in realtà non c’è nemmeno il minibar). Poi con un’altra strana procedura te le riaddebitano al check out ma non ti danno una ricevuta del riaddebito. ”

“A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too! The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us.”
