“Prime beach proximity - can hear the ocean waves right from the room. Super friendly staff. Walking distance from Vons, Starbucks, Thai/Mexican food. Hallways could use some paint touch-ups but otherwise very difficult to complain. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Nice big place with 2 big beds and windows. Nice Kitchen and table just as the photos show. Basic bathroom with good shower and drain. Many lights. free parking.”

“Free parking. Poorly cleaned bathroom with hair wad in tub and dirty grime between floor tiles. Dirty bathroom ceiling vent with caked up dust. Cabinets with worn and rotten wood(maybe due to proximity to beach and salty air). Place could use better property management and upgrades from the owner. Much more pride and dignity can be given to the hotel. It’s all about the small things and attention to detail that make a stay great, even for lower-end inns and spaces. It’s about principle and...
