Il bungalow è una base di casa perfetta per una coppia di una piccola famiglia, e se vieni in vacanza o per lavoro, è perfetto per entrambi. Siamo a meno di un miglio dalla spiaggia e proprio nel cuore di Midtown. Il cortile è dotato di tutto il necessario per mangiare all'aperto e passare il tempo libero, e il garage indipendente è un ufficio ** ideale **, rifugio per scrittori o spazio per bambini. Nota: per ordinanza della città, le ore di silenzio sono dalle 22:00 alle 07:00. Anche per ordinanza della città, la capienza massima è di 6 persone. Great little bungalow

Beautiful place. Loved it. One toilet is more work with 4 adults, but doable. The back patio made it feel twice the size.

Cozy home away from home

Such a cute and comfortable house! The decor, inside and out, is very tasteful, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you would need to prepare a meal and the outdoors is a perfect setting to enjoy a meal or just relax. I highly recommend it!

Our Happy Place

We love staying here at this cute bungalow! Every year we come we enjoy the backyard oasis and our dogs love it too! It’s fun to go to local breakfast restaurants and downtown Ventura has great shopping and restaurants. The owners are great and helpful to work with!

I would rate this property as a five but the last day and a half we had some power surge issues reached out to the property owner and he responded & checked out ( this could have been out of his control)

Great property in Ventura

Loved the decor of this place and the outdoor space is awesome. My husband, dog and I hung out there a lot. Nice to have a fenced in yard as well. I wish there had been more stuff to walk to, but the residential neighborhood was cute. And lots of things were a short drive away. Overall great place!

Cozy and quaint

This bungalow may only be 700+ sq but it seems larger. It was quite comfortable and cozy. The backyard area as well as the front yard courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy the great weather in Ventura. Tim checked in to be sure everything was okay and assured us that he was there if we needed anything. We were there four nights and did not want to leave.. Will definitely be returning..

Such a charming California cottage

We absolutely loved our little house and the back garden was wonderful. The homeowners are incredibly communicative and so gracious. We loved the kitchen and it is kitted out really well. We loved cooking in it and eating out in the garden. It has such a warm and cozy vibe and we spent two fabulous weeks there. We loved our morning walks to Butter and Fold for the best pastries and coffee. Still miss it. We also loved walking up to Art’s Corner diner - great food, really friendly staff. We really got to know Ventura and adored all the dreamy architecture. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. It is a special home.

Great Ventura visit!

We used this charming house as a base as we explored the Channel Islands. Everything about the place was lovely--very clean, comfortable beds, great communication with the owner. We loved Ventura, and would definitely recommend visiting this cute town and lovely homey home.

Fun spot

Cute house a cool backyard. The dogs loved it there. Close to downtown and the beach. Enjoyed some yummy restaurants, the aquatic center, the beach, coffee shops, and walking all over.

Beach Bungalow

We had a great time, despite some rain, at this great home. Every detail was taken care of by the owner. Great location near the beach, downtown Ventura, restaurants, pubs and wineries. Tim, the owner, was accessible and was in contact with us during the storms. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Home, Lovely Stay

This home is beautiful and well appointed. Lovely kitchen, clean bathroom and rest of the house. Comfy couches, great yard! Overall, just a really lovely property. It can be a challenge to find a property that allows dogs, but this listing allowed me to bring my two small pups and the yard was enclosed, so a great space for them too. The neighborhood was good for walking and my girls were entertained by the goings on on the street while watching through the front window and in the front courtyard. The host, Tim, was very helpful and accessible. The street the home is on is a bit busy for a suburbanite, but these folks have put a lot of thought and care into this place and even had a sound machine in the main bedroom. The notes on the cabinets describing contents, which was helpful. This house felt more a home than just a rental property The email to access the property was very detailed and accurate and I used it often (until it somehow got lost in cyberspace and I had to text Tim for some of this info). I would look forward to staying again when I come back to visit my family. The weather was rainy so we spent most

Perfect Getaway for Relaxation and Fun!

We love visiting this cute, quaint beach house! Loving close and easy access to beach and dining in downtown Ventura. We also love the tropical front and backyard landscaping, enjoying our coffee in the mornings outside. Also the host is so great to work with!

Family Time!

Our small family group of 8 had a good time in this charming, yet accommodating property! The backyard lends itself to relaxing and connecting. The kitchen space and appliances were a special surprise in this beach bungalow. We got lucky with perfect California weather. Over all 5 stars. The only thing that became annoying after multiple times. It was the parking situation. Pulling in and out of the drive way could be a bit hectic during business hours. Other than that. The place and the host are great. I for sure be back here.

Certain properties deserve more than 5 stars

Our first time staying in Ventura, and this property was perfect for us (family of 5 with children's ages ranging from 10-17). We hiked the Serra Cross, the Botanical Gardens, shopped and ate on Main Street, went to the beach and did some day trips into LA. We all loved Ventura so much and want to come back. Thanks to Tim for being an amazing host (he even came by to fix a tire tube on one of the bikes for us). This property is deserving of every glowing review it has received.

Wonderful coastal getaway

Everything about this place was perfect! Check in was super easy and the house has everything a family would need. Our favorite feature was the large backyard and the "cabin" where we'd curl up and watch movies at night. The location was very convenient to Main Street and the beach. The owners were super responsive. We'd definitely stay again.
