“Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy.
With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. She checked to insure it was normal noisy window unit a/c.
Overall property is clean, rooms were cleaned...

“The property most likely purchased by Marriott and updated as best as possible. The location is convenient but the condition of the property is average. The air conditioner in the room rattled all night. The floor was sticky. The carpet felt a little damp.”

“Gorgeous views, delicious food, a perfect relaxation getaway.
Also loved the convenience as its right off the freeway and super appreciate the free parking. The beach was stunning! The restaurant had absolutely delicious food and was so convenient. Really appreciated how the hours of the restaurant did not interfere with my stay as a guest, noise wise. A discount for guests in the restaurant would have been the cherry on top.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is super nice and the rooms were comfortable. I did have a problem with the washing machine not taking my quarters but the staff came to my rescue and I got my laundry done. This will be my go-to place to stay when visiting Carpinteria.”

“The area is really cute, a small town feel. The hotel is next to the strip where wineries, breweries are and it was a great location. Upon arriving the hotel has old stench. The hotel is clean as in empty, but nothing exciting or luxurious upon entering. The hotel has been touched up with paint and pretty much that's all. There was no one there to greet us.
