“The view was obstructed by the sand dunes so what I thought was an ocean view was misleading to a side ocean view so it was disappointing especially since I requested ocean front view. The staff was very nice!”

“The Inn just isn’t what it claims to be. You’re facing the 101, it’s loud, there’s no quick beach access, dated property, and staff isn’t available from 8A-8p as advertised. Our deadbolt lock broke forcing us to need a handyman to free us from the room before departure (a unique but undesirable circumstance). You can see the ocean, kind of, you’re looking at it through 6 lanes of expressway traffic. The hot tub was mediocre, bathrooms were dated, showerhead was installed at shoulder level so...
