“We were so looking forward to this part of our trip...maybe our expectations were set too high after Tenaya@Yosemite. The lobby is gorgeous and smells like paradise. Staff was very kind, however, they needed to be bc there were hiccups along the way. I don't mind spending extra on vacation, but I want to spend extra for something special. “This is a sprawling property across from the beach and about 7-minute drive to main street Santa Barbara. We had a quiet stay. The picture on Expedia is misleading (shows a room with ocean view). we had a view of the Parking lot. Overall, a decent place to stay - no big surprises.”

“The room was ok but the light over the sink area (bathroom was toilet and shower only) the light did not work, maybe so we would not see the broken drawer under it hanging askew. The bathroom amenities, the usual shampoo, conditioner and lotion but only a small bar of hand soap and no body wash, and the lotion was 1/2 full. The TV was not connected to a network and we could not get it to connect. We went to the front desk but no one was there and a sign said to call a number but we only got...

“The Inn just isn’t what it claims to be. You’re facing the 101, it’s loud, there’s no quick beach access, dated property, and staff isn’t available from 8A-8p as advertised. Our deadbolt lock broke forcing us to need a handyman to free us from the room before departure (a unique but undesirable circumstance).
