“Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services) Overall a nice hotel in a central location ”

“Excellent service and communication from front desk. Room was only to be clean once in a week, but they came by twice! Comfortable bed, cozy room with the necessities to cook, microwave and refrigerate. Standing shower, but be sure to click on the water heater, as it can be turned on and off. A/C is perfect temperature. Could use a paint job and nicer floor tiles to enhance the cleanliness of the room. But nonetheless, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is no lift/elevator. “I can not understand how hotels.com gave 5 stars. the room without body lotion, no complimentary bottles of water; laundry service expensive and abslotely weak. I complained and nothing happeneded. no paper notes in the room, nor a pencil just to wrtie a note. no bathrobe”

“Super location, 2 malls walking distance and NS red line metro station. Staff super kind, rooms are ok. Improvements: 1) clean the water pipes of the showers as the water come out a bit stinking. 2) as there is not toilet shower, at least place a toilet brush, it is not a big cost.”
