I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. Very clean rooms and and comfortable beds. Affordable. Easy parking.”

“The air conditioning didn’t work. We contacted the staff and it was a temporary fix. The AC stopped working an hour later. It super hot that weekend and my wife is pregnant. Just a major inconvenience. ”

“Parking is funky, you park in a garage next to the hotel, handicap parking is NOT near the elevator to the hotel. NO microwaves in rooms and ice machines are only on even numbered floors. Wasn't told you have to "flash" your room key for elevator to work.”

They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. ”
