“A jump back in the XIX century. A wonderful experience.”

“The first room had a fridge that didn’t work so I was moved to 404 and it stunk so bad. There was a moldy stench and I made a request to be moved, but I was told they just fogged it out with freshener. However, it still smelled the same. Housekeeping went in to clean up and didn’t leave towels, refresh the makeup remover pack and toilet paper.”

“Someone hit my car in the parking lot, but I didn't notice the damage until I got home. No pool. Would be nice if they allowed access to pools on sister properties would be a plus.”

“This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV.”

“As Always the entire staff is always professional with smile, and always willing to solve any problems that might occur, the only problem I’ve had is with my door key but when I go to the front desk they always apologize for any inconvenience in which is never a problem. The best staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.”
