The house is fully equipped with underfloor air conditioning.
Located at 13116 VERNÈGUES between Aix en Provence and the Luberon. Close to the International Golf of Pont Royal.
Nearby: (bakery, shops for amenities, tobacconist, pizzeria, pharmacy).
The center of the village of VERNÈGUES - CAZAN is less than a kilometer away. A playground equipped for children is below the house.

For your activities by car: beaches 40 minutes away, La Barben Zoo 20 minutes away and the Mistral castle, Aix en Provence 30 minutes away, Salon de Provence 20 minutes away as well as the surrounding villages of Provence:
