“A/C stopped working for most of my stay , the staff were very kind but not happy with the lack of accountability with the A/C not working , I didn’t sleep for most of my stay because of my hot room and they only gave me back 50$ of my 670$ I spent on my stay , I will never be back again , I would sooner stay in Kelowna then commute back to Vernon , tried to get in touch with the manager but he wouldn’t return my call , don’t spent your money here , there were also questionable stains on the...
