  • Il nostro condominio da 3 BR / 2 Bath ha tutto! Doccia a vapore, vasca da bagno da 6 piedi con soffione a pioggia. Bagno in marmo di travertino e vanità con doppio lavandino. Elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e 6 fuochi adornano la cucina di questo chef. Le aree soggiorno di livello superiore e inferiore includono divani componibili reclinabili, TV a grande schermo a parete con audio surround e camino elettrico ** NOVITÀ - Di recente abbiamo acquistato una smart TV da 65 pollici per la nostra tana al piano inferiore ** Posti letto per un massimo di 10 persone. 2 camere da letto al piano superiore ciascuna con letto matrimoniale. Camera matrimoniale al piano inferiore con letto king size e zona giorno che può ospitare altri 4 ospiti. 2 ponti esterni con vista sul campo da golf dei minerali. La nostra iscrizione alla spa per gli ospiti consente l'acquisto di 6 pass giornalieri a tariffa ridotta per le piscine coperte e riscaldate all'aperto (bambini fino a 6 anni GRATIS). Sono disponibili palestra, squash, tennis, spa e massaggi. Il servizio navetta per la stazione sciistica si estende continuamente dal complesso termale. Snowboarding, equitazione, mountain bike, visite alle cantine, escursioni, rafting e canoa si trovano nelle vicinanze.     Il nostro condominio è un TOP PICK per MATRIMONI (Ospitiamo spesso la famiglia degli sposi per Minerali, Grand Cascades, Mountain Top e Ballyowen Weddings). I nostri ospiti della festa di nozze trovano il condominio accogliente, lussuoso, spazioso, pulito, con tantissimi servizi per rendere il weekend di matrimonio con la famiglia il più speciale possibile. Poiché la nostra unità ha un ingresso al piano terra e non molti gradini per il primo piano, è un'ottima scelta per chi ha parenti anziani (non è accessibile con sedia a rotelle). Abbiamo anche una scala regolare in moquette (al contrario di una scala a chiocciola - che molte delle altre grandi unità della gola hanno).

Excellent Apartment

Overall excellent experience. Our only critique was the check in instructions being incorrect and having to reach out to the host, wait some time, then hear back with the correct door code. Otherwise the place was clean spacious and well equipped. Would stay again.

Great for family gathering

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit

Wedding weekend

There were 3 couples staying together for a family wedding. Nice place. Definitely not as clean as it should have been. The tv in the living room did not work, the dryer had no dial on it, so we couldn’t use that either. The table and chairs on the deck were filthy.

Vernon condo stay

Condo is in a great location for both summer and winter activities. We booked to hike the Appalachian Trail, which worked out well, due to the proximity to the condo. Comfortable beds. Lighting was poor, with at least 6 bulbs either missing or burnt out. Host was asked to supply new bulbs but never did during our stay. Stairway railing was not attached fully to the wall, creating safety risk. No dial on baseboard heat control, which was supposed to be turned off each time we left the unit. Mediocre review for a condo that needs refreshing.

The place is very nice but gave it two stars because the owner is unresponsive and after he committed to giving me an early check in of 12:00 a week before my reservation, it was not ready. I arrived at 1:30 and the cleaning crew was still there. I was in the area attending a fund raiser and because of this I was late for my event. I had messaged him twice in the morning to confirm everything and he never responded. The carbon monoxide detector was also beeping constantly in the queen bedroom upstairs so we couldn’t use that room and I had to sleep on the couch

The location is beautiful. The condo was very spacious, great for snow activities. First time we ever had a bad experience with a rental. The host never responded to our messages , or concerns. The condo was not as described. The washer machine was broken, the coffee pot should have been replaced, it was so dirty, scaly with hard water stains. The condo was clean, but there were bottle caps under the sofa from the prior visitors and a very bad odor in the upstairs living room. Maybe the old sofas, I bought febreeze and covered them with sheets while we were there. Pots and pans should have been replaced. We where left an old moldy scrub daddy sponge to wash dishes, The nonstick pans were flaking. The temperature was 55 degrees one night, and just so cold the nights we slept there we had to go to sleep with our sweaters and socks. We didnt sleep there everyday plus we left early, I spent so much time searching for a good laundry mat it was ridiculous. Either the host needs a better agency, or they need to do better.

When you arrive you walk into an old looking home absolutely NOT luxuary dont be fooled by the deceptive advertisement. The washing machiene is unusable and thats not all. The dryer is missing a knob must turn it with extreme difficulty washer broken fleas in couch

Unfortunately our 1 night stay (under 12 hours technically) didnt go as we hoped. There was an un-made bed, dirty and damp towels on floor of both bathrooms, hair and dirt in bathroom sink, etc. Clearly there was no cleaning done before our stay. To make matters worse both contacting the host via VRBO messaging AND the "on site" manager via text with photos and messages has led to still not a single response so far. Yes it was the weekend and yes it has only been 1 day since our stay and check out was this morning but the lack of communication also is a negative. Otherwise the condo was fine.

The condo is really nice, but as stated in previous reviews the lights situation has not been fixed. Several bulbs were out and we couldn’t use them. The washer and dryer did not work. The start button on the washer was pushed in so far it just simply wouldn’t work. Also, it is a pet friendly condo (we did not have any pets) but the smell of cat and dog urine was very strong. It also didn’t have any garbage bags like it stated in the welcome book. The facilities were great along with location. This could really be a great condo with a little more care. Overall, we still had a really good stay, but it wasn’t exactly as stated on the website.

The house needs some TLC, listing not as described Upstairs sectional is actually downstairs so downstairs does not have pull outs, upstairs does but you can’t open both not enough roomWe couldn’t use the washer the button is broken, host did not respond when messaged about it.Outside light doesn’t work for entrance so dangerously dark when coming home at night. Light in downstairs bathroom broken , tv in upstairs bedroom didn’t work, button on dishwasher broken had to read manual to figure out how to uses it, water is not hot for showers, . This house has a great set up and with some more attention and care could be a gem.

Worse experience ever!

We had no hot water our entire time and we were there 4 nights. We contacted the manager several times, and told her about having no hot water, and the problem was never fixed. There were numerous light bulbs burnt out and there were missing window blinds right next to our master bed, so we had to hang up blankets over the windows for privacy! There was a gap in the sliding glass door that was open to the outside, so insects were coming into the master bedroom. Nothing was fixed our entire stay and we had contacted the manager numerous times! Worse VRBO stay EVER!!!!!
