Sorry to hear that's how you feel. No one fought in the back courtyard kids played back there the entire time. yes the blankets need replacing and we are working on it. The office is a smoke free area and we do allow guests to bring their pets inside the building upon check in. I'm not sure you can get a wet dog smell from wet paint.

we have daily housekeeping. We cannot enter a room with a do not disturb sign on it. sorry you didn't have a good stay.

Sorry you feel this way. Lobby is freshly painted its not untidy at all. Staff is always available if you Dial "0" on the outside office phone or your room phone as mentioned upon check in. All guests receive a note when the booking is made that we no longer have a pool. The location isn't the best but we have never had any issues with them. will limited staff we all play the roll of laundry, housekeeping and maintenance.

Yes she is dated we are trying to do our best to keep her going. Glad you had a decent stay. The lower unit are not monthly's all rooms are rented to elderly with mobility issues or to pet owners. I know the stairs are spaced so far apart but they are original. Courtyard is for everyone's use not to long terms. It sad the pool isn't open but too many issues arose with it over the winter.

The bugs are the maple bugs and we have tried to manage them but its physically impossible. Bathroom was clean you mentioned that when you checked in that the room was good just the issue of bugs. As for the mouse pooh that is the first time it has ever happened . Sorry for your experience.

Sorry you didn't have a good stay. Pool is mentioned as closed on the website. I have double checked myself it is not listed as an amenity. Toilet was not clogged upon your arrival as we double check all rooms before guests arrive. If you actually had this issue you should have notified front desk right away and it would have been dealt with, Room was not at all dirty it was cleaned multiple times before yours and everyone's arrival. The building is old and is showing its age so it will look different but is not dirty at all.

Sorry to hear that's how you feel. Your right the pictures are not what the building looks like now. We have changed them on the extranents several times but they refuse to change them. We are located near a busy road its always going to be dusty. No damages that are man made. Damages come with age of the building.

Sorry you feel this way. The smell is fresh paint the lobby and rooms were just recently painted. Run down of course the building is very well aged and has seen better days. Dirty because we live close to the the highway we collect a lot of dust and creates a lot of extra work for the staff. We try our hardest to keep it clean it is hard work when limited to little hours.

Sorry to hear it didn't go well for you. But you and everyone were told this place has its flaws, it's old. The building passed its inspection and no mold was found. Yes there was minor water damage from a leaky roof that was fixed in my units. We are very honest about this place upon check in. This ol' gal has seen better day and is ready to start a new journey.

sorry to hear you had a bad experience. The building is old and no matter what we change and paint I don't think the smell of smoke will ever disappear. Its not a tarp on the inside slider screen its a hypoallergenic screen so it doesn't attract as much dust and paper or carboard or blankets that used to be on those screens. Most of the rooms still have the tube TVs nothing wrong with them they still work and run the HD cable modems.

Everyone is notified when reservation is made we do not have a pool. hot tub hasn't worked since before i started here.. Yes, the building is well aged and is in need of some serious work. not everything is falling apart.

Sorry you were unhappy with your experience. I can assure you that there are no decommissioned vehicles here everyone of them run and belong to people. No the photos do not match what the hotel looks like now as they are refusing the updated pictures. The lobby is freshly painted so there shouldn't be any ammonia or urine smells at all or in general. Water damage is because we can't get our roof fixed. So again I apologize for the experience you encountered

Yes the Tiki theme is pretty neat I agree. I know the place needs work as she is definitely showing her age. We work really hard to provide a clean place for everyone to stay.

Of course the photos don't look like the current rooms as Expedia refuses to update the pictures we have added. The building isn't brand new its 70+ yrs old. Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. You were shown the room prior to checking in. you chose to stay.

we are a pet friendly place we get a lot of animals in the office. the ammonia smell is probably the ammonia i use to clean with.

Sorry you had a poor stay. Not understanding how you can say there is cat odor when there is no cats on site nor has there ever been. The rooms have not been renovated they have been painted and the building is old and could use a lot of TLC. Sorry for the lack of care by higher up. Nothing is broken down or apart. Good luck in the future

sorry your check in wasn't the best but we take pride in a clean building. You and everyone have been told the building is old and musty right on arrival. instead of blasting all over social media you should get the facts first. Yes first impressions matter but I am sorry the only person that should care that the building is decaying doesn't. We all try our best with this falling apart gem to keep it going.

Sorry to hear you stay didn't go well. Yes I agree the surroundings are not the greatest but we haven't had an issue with them at all.

Sorry to hear that you had a rough experience. I did have a note with my number on the door because I had to run out I was not gone that long. You were also told that there will be no one in the office until 9am and that you could leave the key in the room the housekeeper would pick it up. the hotel is located on a busy intersection we can't do anything about the dust. I personally cleaned your room after my housekeeper to make sure nothing was missed. It's an older building you can't expect a lot from it.

Sorry you feel that way. No one ever said the pool was being condemned its not grungy that is the chlorine bleached to the bottom of the pool. We clean the pool two to three times a day and that is not coming off. interior health has also seen the pool. There are always paper cups in the units for coffee we do not put glass cups in units so they don't get broken and someone gets hurt. We try to avoid that at all cost.

Yes the building is old and could use some repairs. All coffee pots have their own rags to clean up spills we don't wreck our white linens for a coffee or juice spill so each room has 2 coffee pot rags. Room should not smell anything like mold as it has has all new walls and bathroom walls put in. there is no mold growing on the shower walls I can guarantee that. we change the caulking every time it starts to discolor. Lawn gets mowed every week unless is it has been as hot as it is and the lawn is too dry it could start a fire. Sorry you had a bad time but the building is not new she is well dated.

sorry to hear you didn't have a good stay. The building is not the Ritz or Hilton it is a 75yr old building and there's not much we can do about it's looks but she has passed the building inspection.

We never put stained linens into a room and we always double check and double vacuum our units. there shouldn't be any holes in any walls or ceiling. Wish you all the best and hope you stay safe.
