La nostra casa di 3000 piedi quadrati si trova in un campo tranquillo. Ha un enorme cortile, piscina privata, un sacco di parcheggio. Ci sono 4 camere da letto più ritiro nel soggiorno. 3 letti king size, 1 letto singolo e 1 letto queen-size. Abbiamo anche una culla completa. Due bagni e una sala di polvere. Siamo situati a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più bella! Posizione fantastica, ottima proprietà e casa per famiglie. Pulito e luminoso! Adoriamo cenare nel patio posteriore recintato. Ci piace anche stare seduti sulla veranda davanti godendo il nostro caffè del mattino. Sappiamo che tu e la tua famiglia apprezzerete fare ricordi e trascorrere le vacanze più rilassanti nella nostra casa

The reviews are accurate. It does need work. Also there’s not great phone service w all carriers so when the wifi is up, it’s what you have to use. The guest wifi wasn’t working when we were there. It is close to Wabasso beach & the pool is nice but could use better filters or having someone clean those twice a week vs the one day of clean water in our 5 day stay. Alternatively, I wonder if a cover would help with the debris that is hard to avoid w the changing weather.

Piece of paradise

We had an amazing vacation here. 2 families with young children. There was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was incredibly clean and warm. The back yard is very private and it’s like swimming in the jungle. We would definitely return! Close walk to a beautiful beach.

Not steps from beach… rather, a short drive. It was obvious that pictures on VRBO site were taken years earlier. Current condition of yard was dead grass, delapidated outdoor gazebo, mold or dirt on upstairs a/c vents. The upstairs A/C was not able to keep the bedrooms cool enough. Property was undergoing improvements and there were several safety issues such as exposed plugs, exposed screws on stair banister.

Santctuary

This is the second year in a row we have been able to stay at this .slice of heaven. Whether it be Time at the beach with the dog(It’s like having the whole beach to yourself), Or relaxing by the pool… This place has been a Godsend

Wabasso Beach House

The house itself met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and there were beach/pool towels available for use. Beach access was close by and great biking/walking trails. Know that you will need to clean pool EVERY DAY sometimes twice due to the yard. We found a blower in the garage that helped immensely with the patio area. Overall, a good stay with good friends. With some TLC, this would be a great place.

Wonderful beach house!

This property was wonderful for us and our dogs! Big yard, house was big and clean, fully stocked kitchen. Master bedroom and bath A+. We enjoyed the beaches close by and all the restaurants in Vero beach. We will be back! Cheers!

Sister weekend away

It was a great weekend with my five sisters. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The outside of the house felt like you were in a tropical oasis and the pool was heated what a treat that was. I would definitely stay there again!

Secluded Pool House Near Beach

A private place to unwind and relax that’s near the beach and not far from restaurants, shops, and parks. This lovely home has a large fenced yard with many garden spaces and a large, inviting pool. The view from inside windows is of lush foliage, not of neighbors. We’ll stay there again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay very much! The kids enjoyed the pool, easy walk to the beach and such a quite neighborhood! Conversation with the owner was always so easy and quick to respond. I would recommend to anyone and will return!

Great for family!

Great location, but I would revise the "steps from the ocean", more like a very short drive to the ocean. Besides that it was great! Very private, quiet and just what we wanted. The beach was clean and not crowded. Communication with the owner was great, responded quickly and issue fixed quickly! Would go back again. Backyard could use some attention.

A True Sanctuary

Great Place to Relax

This house was big enough for our family and had beds and equipment for children. The propery is a bit dated but lovely. The yard and the pool are the best aspects of this house. We spent most of our time in and beside the pool. The yard is gorgoeus and very relaxing. We LOVED it! Close to beaches and restauarant but not walkable, so rent a car. Very quiet neighborhood-which was awesome. I loved this vacation, and this property was a big part of why.

Lots of space, great location, a bit worn

This is a spacious house with a lovely little pool and thatched hut and screened in porch. Just a few, very fixable suggestions- there is a large hole on the corner of the walkway leading to the front door. That would be an ankle breaker if you had a misstep. Also, the walkway was overgrown with vegetation, making it very narrow in places. The pool was quite grimey, but with the recent storms maybe the pool maintenance was missed. This house is in a great location and a very nice neighborhood.

Paradise at Casa Claire

Casa Claire is a Tropical Paradise hidden among the trees We attended a 90th birthday party for my mother in law and were able to enjoy the pool and house with family we haven’t seen in years. We had one small issue with the refrigerator that was immediately taken care of Plus pet friendly to boot We will definitely book this property again

I communicated with the owner a list of things that need to be fixed and cleaned. A rate adjustment would have been fair given our inconvenientes.
