Sebastian Tropical Sanctuary

Questa è una proprietà davvero unica che ha subito recentemente una completa ristrutturazione. Controsoffitti in marmo, apparecchi di aggiornamento, piastrelle personalizzate e legno, soffitti a volta con lucernari meccanici, sistema audio per altoparlanti bluetooth, parcheggio, ecc. La struttura dispone di un laghetto (enorme koi di 20 anni e uno stormo di anatre amichevoli) con terrazza affacciata, illuminazione del paesaggio, barbecue e canoa. L'area della piscina è grande con una piscina di acqua salata e un mosaico personalizzato di 250 piedi quadrati. Una particolare attenzione ai dettagli è evidente ad ogni angolo. :)

Questa casa dispone di una Master Suite completa, con doccia privata. Ci sono altre due camere da letto, una che funge anche da tana.

~ La cucina ha piani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

~ Internet via cavo e wireless (Wifi).

~ Due box auto.

~ Lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Situato nel centro di Sebastian e vicino al golf, all'aeroporto di Sebastian e al centro di paracadutismo, a meno di 3 miglia dall'Indian River e 7 miglia dall'oceano aperto.

Sebastian ha diversi ristoranti e bar sul lungomare, rampe di barche e percorsi pedonali. È anche a un'ora dall'aeroporto di Orlando, Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, parchi acquatici, giardini botanici, Riverside (e altri) teatro, Vero Art Center, Brevard Zoo, e l'elenco potrebbe continuare all'infinito .... no per citare la grande pesca!

Pretty Paradise

This home has everything: pool, pond with coi, ducks, various birds, lovely yard. Quiet neighborhood and a great location to stores and restaurants. Home has a great layout, divided floor plan for bedrooms. We had a wonderful vacation visiting family and friends.

The house was really nice, and the pool and outside area was wonderful. The pond was cool and the ducks were really funny, we had fun feeding them peas and boy do they love peas!!! The neighborhood is safe and really nice for taking walks. Kathy was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

We felt so at home the minute we got to the house. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We came for Christmas and Chanukah to visit family in Vero and this was the perfect spot for us! We will definitely be back :)

Family vacation at Kathy’s Flamingo Lounge

Let me start by saying I could not have asked for anything more! All you need is a tooth brush and clothing to enjoy yourself. Pool was magnificent. House decor meticulously furnished. Beds soooo comfortable. Ducks to feed in the pond. We came with our son and had the most comfortable enjoyable time. I would recommend 100 out of 100.

Tropical serenity

This is our second time staying at this home and it is always so relaxing. My only complaint is that the pool area which needed to be cleaned up a little bit. They were leaves in the gutter which dripped onto the tile. The chair pads needed to be replaced. The house inside was lovely. We did love the pool and lanai very much, but just needs to be cleaned up more before guest come in.

Oasis is correct!

We had a great time at this property, everything was working well and as described. The highlight being the 'Florida room', quite large, quiet neighborhood, great pool. For wildlife lovers, don't miss the TM Goodwin waterfowl management area - just a short drive from this home.

Relaxation with the comforts of home

We booked this home during the week of the Grant Seafood Festival which has been a traditional visit for us and my brother and sister-in-law. The location for the festival as well as local Sebastian and Vero Beach restaurants was perfect. The extra bonus was the heated pool, the pond with koi and ducks and the well furnished and and supplied home of all the needed amenities. Walking our dog through the neighborhood was a pleasure - quiet streets and friendly neighbors. We recommend staying here and will consider a return visit.

Perfect Escape

The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. Oasis with pool

We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay on your property for our one year wedding anniversary with our pup,! It was very well-maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood was quiet …enjoyed our walks and we visited around the surrounding areas each day beach and dog friendly restaurants! We definitely would come back and visit. The property manager -host was fabulous as well , always available for anything that would arise! Thank you ! Fabulous retreat

It was so perfect. Has everything you could want plus more. We loved the privacy, watching the big, fat ducks and ibis and the salt water pool. The host provided excellent communication. We loved our stay so much that we wanted to stay extra. Yet, it was already booked. We will definitely be back.

Relaxation Retreat

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful, the pool was fabulous, and I can't say enough about the outdoor areas. We could sit by the pool and enjoy it as well as the beautiful mosaic wall, or hang out by the pond and enjoy watching the ducks and feed the fish. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful and only a few minutes to the beach. Can't wait to go back!
