Since the house was modernized in 2024, the house gives a bright and inviting expression, where modern comfort meets classic holiday atmosphere, which really brings the whole family together - and then some.



The house is located in an attractive area with only 400 meters to the water and restaurant and 1600 meters to shopping, so you can easily combine peaceful days at the house with good experiences in the surrounding area. Take a fresh morning walk along the water, enjoy a dinner out, or plan a day of beach life, nature and pleasant excursions. The large plot of 2671 square meters provides plenty of air around you, so that the holiday feels private and relaxed from the first moment.



Inside, a well-appointed holiday home of 285 square meters awaits with six bedrooms and three bathrooms, so that both large families and groups of friends can stay comfortably. The sleeping accommodations are distributed as follows: 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, and 3 rooms with 2 single beds in each, which makes the house particularly suitable for several generations or several families together.



The pool area provides plenty of holiday atmosphere with the heated swimming pool, relaxation in the hot tub and here there is also access to the house's sauna. There is also a shower in the pool room, so you can easily rinse the chlorine off your body after a refreshing swim.



The open living room offers a wood-burning stove for those cool evenings, an energy-saving heat pump that can also function as air conditioning, for a comfortable temperature all year round. In addition, there is a TV with Danish and German TV, Chromecast, radio and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, 60-litre freezer, microwave and coffee machine - perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to long holiday dinners.



Outside, you can enjoy life on the enclosed terrace, where children can safely play while adults relax in the sun loungers or light up the barbecue. The youngest will love the swings and slide on the grounds. There is also space to park comfortably and find peace under the open sky with plenty of space around you.



As the icing on the cake, you get practical facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, as well as a cot and high chair for the youngest guests.
