“Arrived after two flights and a two hour drive from Reykjavik to be told they did not have a reservation for us and no availability despite having booked and prepaid six months in advance and having a confirmation from Expedia. Total disaster.”

“Appartamento bello e pulito, con letti comodi. È dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare (pentole, stoviglie, lavastoviglie, fornelli a induzione), anche se mancavano le spugne per lavare le pentole a mano e il numero di piatti e tazze era appena sufficiente per 5 persone, rendendo necessario lavare tutto subito dopo i pasti. Il bagno non è finestrato e non è riscaldato; tuttavia è presente una buona ventola di aspirazione e, dato che l’appartamento è piccolo, è sufficiente...

“For the price l paid, I expected better, in the sense that, the mattress was uncomfortable, the thermo in the room didn't work, the kettle either. At 6am the fire alarm woke us all up for nothing. Breakfast was of low quality and the desserts non-existent apart from a chocolate cake. I took a beer 33cl in the can price 1250isk- 8,65€ ”
