“The place has been in SP since my childhood, sadly no attention is given to details! Bathroom fixtures-RUSTED!! It would take $30 dollars to replace and easily installed, but owner obviously not bothered. Place was booked, money should be reinvested in property!!!! It does have charm at a distance.”

“The rooms felt freshly renovated in this historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The back patio area was very inviting. Our room was spacious and had more amenities than I was expecting (like a tiny kitchenette area). I do wish the bed had more than two pillows on it. We arrived after hours so we didn’t have the ability to ask for more. Other than that, I would stay here again.”

“Definitely not a “hotel” when you have full time tenants living apartment style. Property extremely filthy hairs on all the sheets. Room was terrible”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Ero già stato qui 3 anni fà e allora mi ero trovato veramente bene. Questa volta un po' meno. La stanza da due era davvero piccolissima così come il bagno (era difficile starci per una persona). La moquette della stanza era sporchissima piena di macchie. La posizione poi è ottima se sì è di passaggio per andare a LA (vicinissimo all'outlet). Poi devo dire che il bar affianco per la colazione è davvero ottimo.”

“Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay here even though they say that the latest time for check-in is midnight I arrived and apparently all the rooms were booked by 11:30. I would have assumed if I’m putting down reservations at least they would have one open room available but they did not and my reservations had to be changed.”

“The front desk team member Sophia was great her customer service was exceptional and she really helped to accommodate my stay the breakfast in the am is so convenient and good to fill u in the am as well as the staff making sure everything g was always filled the rooms so clean w great amenities needed for 2 to 4 or more as a family the ice box was perfect to keep drinks and left overs I also like the outside area and things for kids to do pool basketball and ping ping as well as a bbq area for...

“The staff and property were great. We arrived after check in time and had to wait 15 mins until our room was ready. Because of that, we were comped a free Margarita at the bar. Mattress was not comfortable because of slight dip in the middle. Kids running and screaming up and down the hallway at midnight. Final invoice charged us $3 for a bottle of water in the room, which we did not drink. They said they’d remove that charge, so, we’ll see. Unless nothing else is available, we won’t be staying...
