“this historic Inn would have been the coolest place we've ever stayed. We couldn't get much sleep because your outdoor decorative lights shined right into our bedroom and they don't have blackout window coverings”

“Everyone was super friendly, but the shower was a bit broken (water would continue to flow from both the faucet and the shower head). ”

“The pillows on the bed are very small. They weren’t very comfortable but other than that the room was clean and I asked for extra blankets and I received them so overall, I rate the location as average.”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Very clean room and comfortable bed. Free breakfast was good. The only mild nuisance was the noise of the climate control motor (not sure what it was) or something that would turn on for 5 ot 10 seconds then turn off then come back a few minutes later. ”

“Ero già stato qui 3 anni fà e allora mi ero trovato veramente bene. Questa volta un po' meno. La stanza da due era davvero piccolissima così come il bagno (era difficile starci per una persona). La moquette della stanza era sporchissima piena di macchie. La posizione poi è ottima se sì è di passaggio per andare a LA (vicinissimo all'outlet). Poi devo dire che il bar affianco per la colazione è davvero ottimo.”

“Staff (front desk) check in was disappointing. I was the only one checking in , and it seems like the lady wasn’t interested in doing her job so that’s pretty much a negative start. The hallway was dark and eerie and the carpets are dirty and disgusting. The Room was mehhh bed was comfy but the pillow cases it seems like it wasn’t changed.
