“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. “Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. “I love the fact that the studio apartment is at the back and it's very spacious and clean. The decor is also nice. I felt completely at home away from home. Make sure to take all toiletries,snacks,drinks,etc. it's not included,because it's not a hotel. It's the guest responsibility. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to my friends and family. Florence has great communication skills and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She's a great host. Highly recommended.”

Close to the ariport and local attractions making travel easy. Check in and check out was an easy process and I felt 100% welcome. When we come back I will likely book in the same location.”
