“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. “We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. “The room and also the hotel premises were super clean and pristine! I absolutely love, love that! We had breakfast at the Daily Market everyday, more than enough food and so good. Ate a few days for lunch and it was good. If you’re looking for a resort that provides superb customer service and attention to detail, this is it! There’s a short walk to the beach where you can get chairs and umbrellas for a small daily fee. Less crowded beach area and very calm and clear water. We can’t wait to...

“Good location near lots of local spots to eat and hang out at. Didn’t have to go far! Free taxi to a beautiful private beach. If you’re looking for an all inclusive or huge pool this is not the spot, but location is perfect if you like to walk around and hang with locals. Hide away bar & grill (food truck) has the best jerk chicken I’ve had in a long time!”
