“Hotel was beautiful, clean, and the white sand beach was absolutely gorgeous. Staff very attentive and friendly. The daily breakfast was AMAZING. However, it took them a long time to forward extra blankets, and replace TV remote. This was due to short staff. Overall, I will definitely return to this property, EXCELLENT OVER ALL.”

“We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. “The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution.
