“a new hotel, beautiful room, top services, all available, excellent transfer to the fabulous beach, excellent food (we are Italian), we celebrated 25 years of marriage, it couldn't have been better”

“We had a wonderful stay at Windsong Resort! We were upgraded to an even nicer, modern ocean-view room with a full set of appliances, including a washing machine, stove, and huge refrigerator. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was decent, and housekeeping cleaned our room twice a day during our visit. My only complaint is that bottled water wasn’t provided, which I feel is a basic amenity most hotels offer. Overall, we had a great experience, and I...

“Great staff and great location we were close to everything we wanted to do & the property provides bikes/golf cart rides for free.”

“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...

“Exceptional! Christiana checked us in and she was so sweet and welcoming. We were welcomed with tropical cocktails, followed by a tour around the property while are luggage was safely transported to our suite. Lila our beachside waiter was lovely. Reinis our waiter at breakfast every morning was so friendly and welcoming and provided a nice birthday surprise. I will definitely be returning. The property is beautiful and well-kept.”
