The apartment features a living room with a balcony, perfect for spending late afternoons with friends. Kitchen, spacious bedroom with a double bed and large windows, allowing plenty of natural light and sunshine to enter.

After receiving the keys, guests have full and exclusive access to the house.

Praia Norte is a 15-minute walk away.
A 20-minute drive away, in Cabedelo, there’s a beach for extreme sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing, among others; we have a place to store boards, etc.
This beach hosts various international competitions.
The property is located near cafes with outdoor seating and restaurants. We’re across from the Viana do Castelo Museum of Art and Archaeology, right in the city center, where you can visit art and cultural centers and enjoy beautiful scenery. From the balcony, we have a view of the Sanctuary of Santa Luzia
