It is designed with a modern and elegant style, providing a peaceful ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

There are two beautiful bedrooms, each of which includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and fresh air.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

At the heart of Viana do Castelo lies a vibrant square that captures the essence of the city's historic charm. Surrounded by beautiful buildings and traditional Portuguese architecture, it is a central gathering point for locals and visitors alike. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, with outdoor cafés offering the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee while taking in the surroundings. The square is also a short walk from the scenic riverfront, where the Lima River meets the Atlantic, providing beautiful views and a peaceful place for a stroll.

Just steps away, visitors can explore some of Viana’s key landmarks, including the Igreja da Misericórdia and the imposing Sé Cathedral. The area is also known for its local crafts, especially the famous filigree jewellery with deep roots in the region’s cultural heritage. Whether you're admiring the architecture, visiting nearby museums, or simply soaking in the town’s unique atmosphere, this part of Viana do Castelo offers a truly authentic northern Portuguese experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Viana do Castelo train station, is just a 600-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
