Guest Access:

Guests have their own house and share the swimming pool, garden and barbecue area with the neighbouring Nature Hill 1. Portugal Active’s concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to assist with any request — from organizing local excursions to booking private chef services. To ensure availability, please request any service at least 72 hours in advance.



Important Notes:

- During your stay, regular maintenance may take place in the garden and pool. These procedures are essential to ensure that all equipment remains clean, functional, and safe for use.

- During the high season (May to October), the pool is maintained regularly to provide guests with an impeccable experience. In the low season (November to April), the pool may be closed — please confirm with our team.

- You may use the wallbox to charge your electric vehicle. Please inform us in advance so we can activate the equipment. The cost is €0.25/kWh, payable at check‑out.

For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO), located approximately 60 minutes away by car. Free parking is available on the property.
