The Space:

The Roses House features a bright and welcoming living area with a sofa bed and a dining space, ideal for enjoying a homemade meal after a day spent exploring the region.



The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare your own meals with ease.



The property offers two quiet and cozy bedrooms, both with double beds. One of the bedrooms also has a private bathroom with a shower, ensuring extra privacy and comfort.



Outside, a small furnished terrace invites you to unwind in the fresh air and admire the surrounding beauty in a truly charming and authentic environment.



For added convenience, Roses House is equipped with individual air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, a flat-screen TV, and heating — thoughtful amenities that make your stay practical, comfortable, and truly memorable.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the outdoor areas shared with the other houses, such as the swimming pool, garden, minigolf, and tennis court — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Important Note:

During high season (from May to October), the swimming pool is regularly maintained to ensure it is in perfect condition for guests. In low season (from November to April), the pool may be closed — please check with our team.
