This charming flat is ideal for a holiday as a couple, with family or with friends in Vias-Plage. Situated on the first floor of a secure residential block (no lift), it enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Vias-Plage’s shopping street, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

The flat features a cosy, air-conditioned living area, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Wi-Fi is also available so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just as you would at home. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals, as well as a washing machine, which is very handy for stays of several days.


The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The toilet completes this functional space.
As for sleeping arrangements, the property features a bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, complete with a duvet and pillows. The living room also has a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The property can therefore sleep up to four people.

The property has a private parking space in a secure car park, a real advantage during peak season.

Thanks to its prime location, you can make the most of your holiday without needing to use your car: the beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, markets and summer entertainment are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

👉 On arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service will provide you with a welcome kit containing tea towels and microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and a bath mat, so that you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.

👉 The RIBOLEYS team will meet you directly at the accommodation to hand over the keys and will remain available and contactable throughout your stay.

The town of Vias is sure to charm you with its wide range of activities: a stroll along the Canal du Midi, exploring the historic centre, the Europark theme park, bike hire, water sports (jet-skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, wakeboarding…) or simply the pleasure of strolling along the seafront and enjoying the many restaurants, bars and shops.

The flat is situated in the private, secure Viabella 1 residential complex, in the heart of Vias-Plage’s shopping street. Its location is ideal for accessing all amenities on foot, whilst enjoying a pleasant environment.

##Transport

By train: Vias station is approximately 2 km away. Agde station, served by TER and TGV services, is approximately 5 km away.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport is approximately 5 km away.
By bus: The Hérault Transport network serves Vias as well as the main towns in the Hérault department.

##Notes

During July and August, the accommodation is only available to rent from Sunday to Sunday.

A security deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.

Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person per stay.

Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is available as an optional extra.
If you wish, we can take care of this for you for a flat fee of €60 (including VAT).

Cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
If cleaning charges are not included in your booking, they will be payable on site upon arrival.

Groups of young people are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
