The villa is in a quiet area but there are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby including canoeing, sailing, and windsurfing on Lake Bilancino and golf at the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club.

Villa Cicala (360 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall that leads to a living room (with sofas and chairs), dining room (with tables seating 16) and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). On this level, there are also two double bedrooms (with double beds), one single bedroom (with French-size bed), one bathroom (with shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet).
