Hotel vicino a Vicolo Turk’s Head Yard - Leeds

“Hotel bellissimo. Siamo arrivate con il treno ed è vicinissimo, ma la zona ci é sembrata curata e sicura. Persino la sera del concerto siamo rientrate tranquillamente. Le camere bellissime. Spaziose, pulite e arredate con ottimo gusto. Non potrei desiderare di più. Lo scalone centrale, per salire al piano era bellissimo e ce ne siamo innamorate, tanto che ho mai voluto prendere l’ascensore. Tornerei subito , anche perché il prezzo era ottimo.”

“Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“Newly refurbished and nicely done. Overall the hotel is a 5 out of 5. Breakfast used good quality ingredients, but staff were overwhelmed at what was clearly a peak time- hash browns still frozen solid in the middle and most other items cold. Unhelpful lady on Sunday morning too- I asked where the eggs were and was told they were "over there" when they clearly weren't. It would have taken her 2 extra seconds to help. Maybe just a bad day. Also parking isn't really an option as advertised....

“Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

“Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again.”

“It’s not my first time staying at this hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint. I booked a king size room which was as expected. Everything you would expect in the room; hairdryer, nice towels, hot drink facilities, nice bathroom with a decent shower, and body wash and shampoo/conditioner.
