Well-appointed apartment in historic building
Traditional styled apartment with modern appliances and everything necessary for a good stay. Lovely pool and courtyard. Vicopisano is an ideal mix of authentic historic village with good restaurants and amenities.

An absolute gem -- great place to stay, in a great location, with great service/support
Very spacious and unique -- an amazing blend of authentic/ancient, but with all the conveniences. Camila met us there and walked us through, explaining some of the traditional/historical features, while pointing out the free access to laundry facilities. There were phone charging ports in the nightstands, power converters in bureau drawers. All in a medieval fortress! Kitchen was well-appointed, and we enjoyed making our own espresso in the mornings. Vicopisano is a lovely place to stay. Extremely picturesque and interesting to wander, very quiet and peaceful. It's also a great location for daytrips -- less than an hour to Florence, half an hour to Pisa and Lucca. We did a truffle-hunting outing in San Miniato (about half an hour away). Had planned to do a daytrip to Cinque Terre, but ended up with rental car problems and lost that day. Easy access to many other Tuscan hill towns. The historical center of Vicopisano is small, but we very much enjoyed the restaurants, the panini shop, the pastry shop, the gelato shop. All of which are a short walk from the apartment. Likewise, we visited the Frantoia just outside Vicopisano, which has a shop with a lot of nice local products to buy. This is a family business, and the family is very proud of their work, and treats renters as guests. They were tremendously helpful and kind when we had car problems. All in all -- a perfect stay. Would've liked to be here for 2 weeks, instead of our 5 nights :-)

Staying in the Vrbo was amazing. Such a unique place that was spacious enough for our party of 4. Our hostess was a delight to visit with. And their parting gift was a pleasant surprise. Book this vrbo I guarantee you won’t be disappointed

Perfect voor een vakantie in Toscane
Het appartement bevindt zich midden in het middeleeuwse deel van Vicopisano. We werden zeer prettig ontvangen en opgenomen in de familie. De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en je kan altijd met vragen terecht. Het pand zelf is echt historisch maar volledig gerestaureerd en voorzien van alle gemakken van deze tijd. Perfect voor een vakantie in Toscane.

Ein Urlaub, bei dem kein Wunsch offen geblieben ist
Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit, die wir bei Euch haben durften. Die Unterkunft war wirklich herausragend - in jedem Detail haben wir die Liebe gesehen, mit der das Brunelleschi Manor hergerichtet wurde. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend: sauberes Pool, Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, Müllentsorgung und vieles mehr. Jegliche Fragen nach Ausflügen, Ideen, passenden Anbietern (z.B. Vesperverleih) von wurden mit viel Engagement beantwortet. Das Team - allen voran Camilla und Gio - hat wirklich alles gegeben, um uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Und bei allen Sprachbarrieren fehlte niemals ein nettes Wort oder eine Geste der Aufmerksamkeit. Der Ort Vicopisano, das Brunelleschi Manor, das Pool und nicht zuletzt der herausragende Service haben diesen Urlaub zu einem rundum perfekten Urlaub gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und toll erholt. Vielen Dank für alles.

Unique and absolutely amazing
The pictures on the listing can not begin to show how wonderful this place is - the mix of a historic, medieval buildings with all the old touches, blended with so many modern conveniences made it the absolute best VRBO I’ve ever seen! Camillia was thorough in greeting us and explaining everything, and so responsive to our inquiries - it was truly a “home away from home.” We would be delighted to stay there again, and can not recommend it highly enough!

Traumurlaub
In dieser umsichtig und sehr geschmackvoll sanierten, geschichtsträchtigen Unterkunft, konnten wir uns wunderbar entspannen. Der außergewöhnlich schöne Pool lädt nicht nur Kinder zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein. Einfach herrlich, hinter geschützten Stadtmauern dabei zuzusehen, zu lesen oder einfach nur zu träumen. Brunelleschi Manor verlässt man mit dem Gefühl, einen Luxusurlaub verbracht zu haben, ganz ohne gängige Klischees. Der Gastgeber und sein Team sind an Herzlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Vicopisano selbst ist ein Kleinod mit wenig, aber zauberhafter Gastronomie, Infrastruktur, Kultur und einer interessanten Geschichte. Zudem ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Region. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Prachtig verblijf met top gastheerschap
Mooi verbouwd middeleeuws pand van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon met alle luxe voorhanden. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de regio en vriendelijke behulpzame verhuurders die je dagelijks kunt spreken
