Io e mua moglie e altre2 coppie di amici abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni stupendi durante l ultimo dell a
3 giorni di relax,divertimento e grandi mangiate iu un contesto caldo e accogliente. La casa è stupenda con tutti i confort ed un camino fantastico la cucina grande e 3 bellissime camere oguna con il suo bagno, insomma tutto quello che si può desiderare per trascorrere delle vacanze in pieno relax e confortevoli.i padroni di casa sono cordiali e fanno di tutto per metterti a proprio agio,insomma la vacanza perfetta.consiglio vivamente la location e buon divertimento

INCREDIBLE HOME AND OWNERS
We have travelled all over much of the world over the last 40 years. We can honestly state that this villa was exquisite and furnished beautifully with many antiques. The view on top of the mount was breathtaking. The owners, Antonio and Silvia are unquestionably the finest, dearest owners we have ever met. They could not do enough for us and at the end of our one month stay with them felt like family. .upon leaving, we hugged and kissed with affection knowing we would miss each other. We cannot recommend Antonio and Silvia and their beautiful villa more enthusiatically.

Superverblijf
Voor wie op zoek is naar rust, natuur en prachtige uitzichten, is dit HET adres!! De gastheer Antonio is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame man, hij staat steeds discreet klaar!! Zelfs onze 4 jonge kids werden hartelijk onthaald en voorzien van zelfgekweekt vers fruit! Het huis is een pareltje: wie graag enkele decenia terug in de tijd wil gaan, maar toch nood heeft aan hedendaagse accomodatie is dit the place to be!! Wij raden dit verblijf ten zeerste aan!! Enige minpuntje: bereikbaarheid met een grote auto (a la opel zafira life 8-zit) is de eerste keer echt een uitdaging, maar je geraakt er wel!!

I had very pleasant experience
Everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful and I felt it was a dream every time I stood on the terrace and looked down at the town. We we surrounded by olive trees and beautiful flowers that released amazing smells, especially jasmine, which happens to be one of my favorite. Stepping into the house was like traveling back in time with exquisite architecture and decor. It rained while we were there and we were lucky to see the breathtaking waterfall on the side of the driveway leading up to the house. The owners, Antonio and Silvia were delightful. They provided us with local events and suggestions. We visited a little town called Monte Carlo thanks to Antonio and had a wonderful time. This experience is unforgettable. Thank you Antonio and Silvia for your beautiful home and hospitality.

Außergewöhnliches, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Villa, in atemberaubender Lage.
Ich hatte dieses traumhafte, einzigartige Haus glücklicherweise, bei FeWo-direkt gefunden, um mit meinem Mann, meinen beiden Kindern und deren Partnern, hier meinen runden Geburtstag vom letzten Jahr, zu begehen. Der herzliche Empfang am Anreisetag erfolgte durch Antonio und Silvia, dem Gastgeberehepaar. Wir wurden durch das außergewöhnliche, alte Haus geführt und mit diesem vertraut gemacht. Jeder Wohnraum ist ein Unikat und wir konnten uns gar nicht genug satt sehen, an den vielen Antiquitäten, Gemälden und wunderbaren Gegenständen im gesamten Haus. Jedes Paar hatte ein Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad, perfekt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für das erste Frühstück, hatten Antonio und Silvia einige Sachen gekauft. Als Begrüßung stand auch eine Flasche Rotwein bereit, die wir dann am Abend genossen haben. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die überdachte Terrasse, angeschlossen an die Küche. Dort haben wir gegessen, getrunken, gelesen, Schach und Anderes gespielt und uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Außerdem haben wir viel Zeit an dem wunderschönen Pool verbracht, dieser war sehr sauber und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Mein Highlight war das tägliche, einstündige Konzert am Pool, mit vielen klassischen Musikstücken, über zwei Lautsprecher zu hören. Antonio war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Zwischendurch gab es eigens hergestellte Oliven und selbstgemachte Marmelade. Ich weiß nicht, was es besser zu machen geht, es war für uns ein besonderes Erlebnis in diesem Haus und wir danken Antonio und Silvia sehr herzlich, für ihre unaufdringliche Gastfreundschaft. Ich hoffe, wir kommen bald wieder in dieses Paradies zurück. Danke,Danke,Danke.....sagen Annika und Silvio, Philipp und Dorothea, sowie Andreas und Sigrid.

Super verblijfplaats
Heerlijk huis om een week te verblijven. Silvia en Antonio hebben voor ons overheerlijk gekookt, we hebben ons laten verwennen. Het zwembad voldeed ook aan onze verwachtingen. Een slaapkamer moest het doen met een plafond ventilator ipv airco, een andere ruimte was groot voor de airco, daar was het in de nacht ook nog warm. We verbleven in een week dat het overdag 37 graden was. De hele week van privacy genoten, ook al wonen de gastheer en gastvrouw aan de achterkant. We hebben het niet gemerkt. Tip: kruiden e.d. Om te koken zijn er niet. Doe eerst boodschappen voordat je aankomt.

bedankt voor je vakantie en vriendelijkheid, je bent aangekomen in een moment van buitengewone hitte, nog nooit zo'n klimaat geweest. Over het algemeen is onze Villa erg koel en winderig, omdat het in de heuvels ligt en de airconditioners zijn voldoende voor het normale klimaat

Ein toller Urlaub
Für uns (drei Erwachsene) war das schön gelegene Haus perfekt. Wir haben die Ruhe, den herrlichen Blick auf die Ebene, den Pool und die Ausflüge in die Toskana sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben sich um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Heerlijke plek om te vertoeven
Wij verbleven een week met 6 volwassenen bij Antonio & Silvia. Ze staan echt klaar voor hun gasten. Hebben ons verwend met een lekkere taart en fruitsalade en op de laatste avond op ons verzoek een heerlijke Toscaanse maaltijd bereid. Het huis is prima. Alles is aanwezig. Soms wel even zoeken en vind je het niet dan even een bericht naar Antonio en het komt goed. Prachtige omgeving waar veel te zien valt. Een aanrader!

Lovely retreat in the hills!
We fell in love with Vicopisano, and Antonio and his wife were very gracious during our stay. The views are amazing! The beds were comfortable, too. Our son had a great time swimming in the pool. Be sure to bring your own bottled water and all will be well. Thank you for a lovely time!

Traumhaftes Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert in wundervoller Aussichtslage
Das Haus liegt in den Bergen umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Von hier aus hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das weitläufige Tal. Das Haus ist aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und wurde vor ca. 30 Jahren komplett restauriert bzw. umgebaut. Es ist im alten toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und war sehr sauber! Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher, alles vorhanden. Wir haben die traumhafte Ruhe und den wunderbaren, modernen und sehr sauberen Salzwasserpool total genossen. Im hinteren, völlig abgetrennten Bereich wohnen die sehr sehr netten und völlig zurückhaltenden Eigentümer Syliva und Antonio. Sie haben uns durch Ihre Herzlichkeit und große Hilfsbereitschaft sehr beeindruckt. Wir konnten vor Ort grillen und die wunderschöne, Frühstücks-(mit genialer Aussicht) und Abend-Terrasse (seitlich überdacht) genießen. Vom Haus aus kann man mit dem Auto die wunderschöne Umgebung wie Pisa, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Carrara etc. gut erreichen. Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank an Sylvia und Antonio!!

Problem WLAN
Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Besitzer. Schöner Pool und tolle Aussicht. Wegen Corona wird von den Besitzern zur Zeit kein Frühstück zubereitet (Kaffee, Milch, Toast, Kekse für die ersten Tage war vorhanden). Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunk ist das mangelhafte WLAN.

Ich sagte Herrn Gerhard, dass die Telefongesellschaft das WLAN-Übertragungssystem umstellt und es für einige Tage zu Störungen außerhalb unserer Kontrolle kam.

Erholsame Tage mit traumhaftem Blick
Wir haben zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr alt, aber gepflegt; knarrende Balken und wippende Böden gehören bei so alten Gemäuern eben dazu. Das ganze Anwesen wird von den Besitzern wirklich liebevoll gehegt und gepflegt und wenn doch mal ein Problem besteht, wird dieses umgehend beseitigt. Antonio und Silvia sind sehr gastfreundlich und geben gerne Tipps für die Erkundung der schönen Gegend. Allerdings wäre es ganz gut zu wissen gewesen, dass aufgrund von Corona kein Frühstück serviert wurde und auch keine Reinigung der Zimmer. In den Leistungen werden gegen Aufpreis zubuchbare Optionen wie Abendessen von oder gemeinsames Kochen mit den Besitzern genannt, diese werden aber wegen Corona derzeit nicht angeboten. Nicht, dass wir das Objekt dann nicht gebucht hätten, aber dennoch sollte hier vielleicht die Beschreibung (vorübergehend) angepasst werden, damit der Urlauber sich keine falschen Vorstellungen/Pläne macht. Wer Ruhe liebt (und historische Häuser und Mobiiar mag) und wem ein bisschen Fahrerei zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen oder Sightseeing nichts ausmacht, der kann hier auf jeden Fall auf seine Kosten kommen.

So ist Bella Italia
Es ist fast unmöglich alles positive aufzuzählen. Schon die Vorbereitung der Agentur auf den Urlaub war sehr gut und übersichtlich. Vor Ort erwarteten uns bezaubernde Eigentümer, die jeden Wunsch erfüllten. Die phänomenale Lage des Hauses und die Ruhe in der Umgebung waren einzigartig. Im Haus ist alles großzügig, geschmackvoll und funktionstüchtig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und der große Pool und die Gartenanlage gepflegt. Im Haus herrschte Sauberkeit. Fahrt selber hin und überzeugt euch.

Charming house very well located
Good points: - very kind couple managing the house (Antonio & his wife) who are living in the neighborhood - excellent location which allowed us to go to the sea and visit pisa, lucca and siena; - very good possibilities to cook and eat (plenty of space) inside and outside; - very nice view from a beautiful spot; - large house with a lot of space. Improvement possibility: - the decoration of the house could be less "charged" and therefore more convenient for the travelers (more space to put things down). Conclusion: over all we had a very pleasant stay and I recommand this house for people who would like to visit several places in toscana. Thanks a lot to the owners!

Ein toller Urlaub in der Villa Belvedere
Wir (eine Familie mit drei Kindern, 16, 11, 11) verbrachten im August 10 Tage in der Villa Belvedere. Die Villa liegt in den Bergen des Monte Pisano und ist über einen schmalen Weg zu erreichen, der Blick ist großartig. Mit Google Maps fanden wir den Weg problemlos. Die Villa bietet mehr als genug Platz für 5 Personen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist sehr schön im italienischen Stil eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem. Das Highlight ist der große Salzwasser-Pool und der angrenzende Liegebereich, auch hier ist alles sehr sauber und es steht viel Platz zur Verfügung. Wer ruhige Ferien abseits vom Trubel genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der hübsche naheliegende Ort Vicopisano ist in ca. 8 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, hier gibt es nette Restaurants in unterschiedlichen Preisklassen. Größere Supermärkte erreicht man in ca. 12 min mit dem Auto Lucca, Pisa und Florenz lassen sich gut mit dem Zug oder Auto erreichen, auch nette kleinere Unternehmungen (z.B. das Piaggio Museum in Pontedera ca. 15 min entfernt) bieten sich an. Antonio und Silvia sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber, sehr zurückhaltend, aber auch unglaublich hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Villa Belvedere uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Urlaubsresidenz für 2 Familien
Herrliche und großzügige Anlage mit Salzwasserpool, großer Terrasse, tollem Ausblick, ruhig gelegen und sehr zentral für Ausflüge. Das Haus/Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und entspricht der Beschreibung. Sehr herzliche Vermieter! Antonio hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und Silvia hat uns mit Leckereien beim Frühstück versorgt und überrascht. Das Dinner am Abend war großartig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Silvia und Antonio!

Wonderful hosts
The warmth and hospitality of Antonio and Sylvia made our stay very special. They were always very solicitous of our needs. The pool was also a highlight, as well as the views and the billiard table. Mariant helped us with the booking; always in a timely manner. We were only there three days so didn't get to explore the area as much as we would have liked. Our only complaints were the comfort of the house which is understandable considering it's age and history. The beds are quite firm, and there are fans, but no air conditioning in most rooms. The water is not potable but Sylvia gave us bottled water. It was a unique and enjoyable stay for my family.

Antonio und Silvia machen es einem leicht, sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Ihr Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man spürt die Jahrhunderte in den Mauern. Durch mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder kommt man sich nicht in die Quere. Die Betten sind alt aber nicht unbequem. Durch das schöne Wetter brauchten wir nicht in der Küche essen sondern konnten jeden Tag mit Aussicht auf Vicopisano frühstücken. Wer eine moderne Ausstattung sucht ist hier falsch. Wer allerdings den alten italienischen Charme genießen möchte, fühlt sich hier wohl. Das Highlight war für unsere Kinder der Pool, der sogar groß genug ist, richtig zu schwimmen. Vicopisano ist ein kleiner Ort mit einigen Restaurants. Von Pizzeria bis hin zum mehrgängigen Menü ist im Ort alles möglich. Die weitere Umgebung von Vicopisano ist nicht ganz die traumhafte toskanische Landschaft aus den Fotobänden. Hierfür muss man etwas fahren. Aber dafür kommt man schnell nach Pisa, Lucca und Florenz. Alles in allem ein sehr guter Ort um ein paar Tage auszuspannen und in den Kulturgenuss der toskanischen Städte zu kommen. Wir würden es wieder machen.

Authentic B&B in the beautiful Tuscan hills
Our group of four stayed here for six nights in late May/early June. The house is in a beautiful location high in the hills above Vicopisano. The property feels secluded and the views are breathtaking. The town of Vicopisano is charming, and we had excellent meals at Osteria Vecchia Posta, Aurora Taverna, and Torre Pizza. Antonio and Sylvia were lovely- they are the heart and soul of the B&B experience here. The home is very much an extension of their personalities and experiences, it is more like staying with a relative than staying in a typical rental property. They were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Sylvia prepared breakfast for us the first day, and provided what was necessary for us to make breakfast ourselves on the remaining days - fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and bread items. They came in and washed all the dishes in the morning after we had left for the day, which was very nice. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed one sunny afternoon there, most of the other days it was a little too cold. After our first night, we let Sylvia know that two of the mattresses were very uncomfortable- they actually replaced both mattresses with new firm mattresses the next day! This is beyond what I would expect of a host in a rental property, and it was very much appreciated. .As I said earlier, the house is very authentic and personal, and it is full of art, furniture, books, and many decor items. While we enjoyed this in the general living and dining areas, it could be a challenge in the bedrooms and bathrooms, as there were not many available surfaces where we could put our own things. We did temporarily move some items, but I was always a little worried about breaking something or disturbing the order of the decorations. Overall, our stay was a great experience. If you are looking for an authentic, personal, and memorable stay in the Tuscan countryside, this may be the place for you. You certainly will not find hosts who are more kind and pleasant than Sylvia and Antonio.

Magical experience
We stayed at Antonio and Silvia’s villa for 6 nights in September, what an amazing experience. From our first contact with the property manager, Mariant, until our return home, communication was great and Mariant provided us with some timely and very useful information. Unfortunately, the coordinates provided to us for the GPS did not work on our Garmin; nor the van’s GPS and we required the services of the local librarian in Vicopisano to contact Antonio to get the exact directions to the villa. Once we found the place, up a very lengthy and steep hill, we knew it would be special. The first night was magical! We took advantage of Silvia’s cooking on our first and also on the last night and we could not have been happier. We had dinner prepared outside in the dining area overlooking the Tuscan hills, with music and light, we felt like stars! The meal cooked by Silvia and served by Antonio was typical of the Tuscan cuisine and wine region. On our first night we got addicted to Italian coffee……..with a special touch of Sambuca! Antonio and Silvia provided us with a bevy of information about the area, giving us some tips on local attractions and some great places to visit that we had never heard of before. We only spent one full day at the villa, by the pool, and we wished we could have spent more time but there were so many places to go! I believe the villa was built around the 15th century but it had all the modern amenities. We were 3 couples and we each had our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were not the most comfortable ones, but who cares, you are in Tuscany!!!! The dining room was picture perfect, a traditional Tuscan home with beautiful and unique paintings. While we didn’t use too much of the kitchen, it had all you needed. We had breakfast prepared each day for us by Silvia at the dining table on the outdoor patio, depending on weather, what a way to start your day! Antonio and Silvia are such a lovely and caring couple, they are the most honest and sincere people you could meet. They went above and beyond to ensure that our Tuscan holiday was unforgettable. Their love for each other was evident and they made us feel special. Thank you so much Antonio and Silvia for sharing your lovely home with us. The six of us will never forget your hospitality and we will make sure we spread the word to all our friends and family. Until we meet again…….

A lovely house in a delightful place> If self catering, problems with the kitchen need sorting out!
Our first impression of the property was very good! A lovely garden, and pool, both well cared for! We however seemed to have a misunderstanding of the description of the house! We thought it was a self catering place but with breakfast included! When we asked to use the kitchen, the owners were helpful, but obviously thrown by our request! They agreed that we could use the kitchen, which really was in a poor state of repair! There was never a microwave, or toaster, which were in the description, and the dishwasher didn't work, and the oven was in a poor state! Certain cupboards were locked, I presume in case we used the contents, so we bought oil, pepper, salt, , vinegar, and garlic, cling film, and any food we wanted to cook! We understand now that the owners wife cooked meals if requested, so by us self catering, that reduced their income from the property! However we thought the price quite expensive, as we got very good meals in the local village cheaper! If one didn't use the kitchen, there was really nowhere to keep any bits of food, snacks etc, as the small fridge was really just for drinks, and in the pool table room! So really not the best place to have food ., also the wrong place to access the tables outside! As guests got the whole of the rest of the house, which was attractive and quirky, it didn't seem the usual B&B, so we think this needs clarifying! At all times the owners were polite, kind and very helpful to us, and we would recommend the house and it's position to anyone! Just make sure you know whether it is B&B only, or self catering, with full kitchen facilities!

Einfach nur klasse!!!

Une belle semaine en Toscane.
Cette semaine du 11 au 18 août a passé bien trop vite à la belle villa Belvedere poesia située au milieu d'un océan d'oliviers et dominant un magnifique paysage. Nos hôtes ont été charmants et attentionnés tout en restant très discrets. Ils nous ont fait découvrir un art de vivre de cette région toscane. Merci à Sylvia pour les bons repas qu'elle nous a concocté. Bravo à Antonio pour ses talents de magicien qui ont séduits nos petits enfants. Liliane, René, Anne-Gaelle, Nicolas, Irène, Vassili.

Amazing enjoyable relaxing and memorable holiday!
Antonio and Silvia were perfect hosts for the two weeks we stayed at their fabulous villa. The view of the hills from the villa is absolutely stunning and it was very relaxing. Silvia prepared great breakfasts and made some very enjoyable dinners for us. We enjoyed some great days out recommended by Antonio as the villa is in a convenient location for the lovely Tuscany sights but we really enjoyed a few days relaxing at the villa, enjoying the beautiful view and having fun in the pool. Vicapisano is a charming local village which we enjoyed spending time in - a great holiday all in all and we would love to return some day.

Wonderful house with loving hosts
We had two wonderful weeks at the house and were so sad, when we had to leave. Silvia and Antonio made us feel so welcome, they were always so friendly and helpful at any time. Silvia´s dinner was always absolutely delicious and lovingly prepared, we enjoyed it so much. The house is very big, very cozy and very nicely decorated, we just loved it! The pool, the terrace and the environment is just so beautiful and perfect to relax. Everyone of us (2 adults, 2 children, 13 and 7) had a very nice and relaxing holiday full of beautiful memories. We will try to come back soon! Thank you for the great time!

It's a beautiful life....
Selfishly, I almost don't want to share this Tuscan gem with too many people. However, after being so beautifully looked after by Silvia and Antonio, I feel that I must leave a review! From the moment of our arrival, we felt at home. Our family of four enjoyed every moment and feel as though we said 'au revoir' to our children's two new Italian grandparents - as we fully intend to return. We tended to sightsee every day after breakfast and there are many wonderful sights within easy reach of the villa. One of the children's favourite days involved hiring a ridiculous four-person bike to go around the walls of Lucca. We spent most afternoons lazing by the salt water pool (amazing for our son with eczema). It was so quiet and peaceful, with only the crickets singing. We took full advantage of SIlvia's delicious home cooking and she was so wonderful catering to our son's egg allergy. We returned home utterly spoilt and completely relaxed. Silvia and Antonio are fantastic hosts and their warmth and good humour is infectious. Our children loved Antonio's magic tricks and we are all brimming with memories of a wonderful holiday. Charming quirky villa
Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us how Sylvia can keep it so spotlessly clean with a lifetime of collectibles is a mystery to us. Antonio could answer all our questions or find the answer very quickly. We were very disappointed not to sample Sylvia’s breakfasts as advertised with the villa, as we used the fridge in the kitchen and were informed this would cause cross contamination we were surprised as I had checked the kitchen was for our use as we like to cater for ourselves for lunch and some dinners. The dishwasher was not in a safe condition to use, so washing up was not usually on our agenda on holiday as a dishwasher is a must on our tick list for villas. We never did manage to turn the oven on and were a little surprised at a 5 Euro charge to use the washing machine. There was a great bbq area which we made use of. We had two amazing meals cooked by Sylvia and beautifully served by Antonio where cross contamination didn’t seem to be an issue!! The pool area was lovely and very clean and the views were amazing. A bonus is the billiard table which was well used by our men. If we revisit this area would consider staying again.

You have been perfect guests and we remember you with great sympathy. We regret not being able to satisfy all your needs and I will try to explain. In the villa there are two kitchens, one inside and one on the back of the villa for our exclusive use. We have two types of guests: some want to prepare breakfast for themselves and others want breakfast free prepared by Silvia. In the first case the internal kitchen is available to guests. In the second case and for precise provisions of the law, we use the indoor kitchen where no one can have access for reasons of hygiene and for this we put at guests' disposal the fridge that is in the billiard room and when the guests order the dinner at Silvia, we use the kitchen and the fridge on the back of the villa where guests do not have access. The dishes and clothes can be washed by hand or with the washing machine. In the second case we warn guests that the use of the dishwasher is free but must be asked to Silvia, while the use of the washing machine is charged for the consumption of electricity, soap and softener. We hope to welcome you again as guests and i’m sorry for my little english.

It was beautiful, relaxing and we loved our hosts!
What a special place to stay! The home is beautiful and accommodated three couples perfectly. We had so much fun hiking and swimming on and around the property! The nearby small towns were charming and it was also easy to drive to many other wonderful places like Lucca, Volterra and Mediterranean beach towns. Our hosts Antonio and Sylvia are two of the most lovely and welcoming people one can meet. We had a perfect vacation thanks to them and their wonderful villa.

Absolutely beautiful home on a magical Tuscan hillside. Sylvia and Antonio perfect hosts!
Our family of six loved our week at Posia Belvedere. The pool was warm and a great end of the day place to swim and relax. Extremely centrally located for day trips to Lucca, Florence, Alpi Apuane National Park, Cinque Terre, Pisa, San Miniato, and more. The charming nearby towns of Vicopisano and Buti had delicious reasonably priced restaurants. Sylvia made us a fantastic home cooked dinner the first night, which we ate out on the terrace beneath a star studded sky! Breakfast each morning was delicious. Sylvia and Antonio's love of the region and their warmth and sincere hospitality brought us endless good feelings. You can walk on footpaths for hours behind the house, and be in the midst of the villages and feel the true essence of Tuscany. Wildflowers abound, and the house has beautiful roses and garden. Can't say enough about the beautiful place in Italy. Hope to return one day.

Beautiful views, friendly owners!
Sylvia and her husband were wonderful hosts! Sylvia cooked a 4-course meal for us our first night there. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy. Plus we sat on the patio and watched the full moon come up. Amazing! The house is special and the grounds are beautiful. Lots of room to find a chair or couch to lounge and enjoy. Antonio made suggestions on our day trips and we loved everything he suggested! Truly a magical stay...
