“I don't like writing reviews that aren't truly delightful, but sometimes reality is not as rosy as information online. We chose Stone Gate Inn because it wasn't a national chain and it had an 8.4 review average. We prefer to support small businesses. I don't know how long the current Stone Gate owners have had the property, and they're clearly working on it, but they really need to be transparent in how they market the facility in their online presence. “Breakfast could have been better with some more options.”

“Judi breakfast lady on Saturday and Sunday stood out. Despite being busy she gladly washed my Yetti cup for me with a smile every morning of our stay. Great service. Judi never stops where do you find such great staff.”

“Quiet rooms, helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was filling. The hot tub is out of order and has appearances of having been out of order for a long time.”

“No bedside table or any table to put sleep apnea machine on. No outlet to plug it in. No dresser no closet to hang anything. Fell through the bed...slats not attached. Sheets would not stay on bed.”

“The staff was helpful and nice and stay was good overall For the management there, the chair in the room where the bunk bed was, was ripped and stained but functional and the Queen bed in our room was a double but they told us it was a queen , we have a queen at home and that was definitely a double bed I think some of the furniture was dated and should be replaced to make guests feel more comfortable in the room”
