Cute as a button! Freshly renovated, clean, bright 1- bedroom. There is an additional bed in the living room. Sleeps 4 people comfortably.
The suite has a private entrance. Parking is available for one vehicle beside the suite entrance or there is also lots of street parking.
The kitchen is fully stocked and makes meal preparations easy and enjoyable.
Full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Convenient laundry facilities are located in the common area of the house.
Located in a quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood.
The gorgeous beach is within a 5-minute walk. A majestic West Coast forest is only 1 block away from the house!
Attention Royal Roads University students - RRU is only a 15-minute walk.
Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife is a short 5-minute drive from the house. Only a 25-minute drive to downtown Victoria, 20 minutes to the popular Bear Mountain Resort, or 30 minutes away from the surfing in Sooke!

The suite was great -- exactly as described and what I needed, with plenty of space and a great kitchen and bathroom as well as a comfortable bed. Location was perfect for working at Royal Roads. Hosts were easy to communicate with, and my stay was excellent. Would stay again!

Good stay overall, tight fit for 4 adults but really well thought out place! Extremely clean and very responsive hosts. We were have to walk to the castle and through the university which was lovely. Some rough traffic if Victoria is your destination Laundry has limited times and is shared with others so not always possible to do.

This place does deserve 5 stars if you are staying here with just 1 person or a couple. I gave it 4 stars as I was staying with a family of 4 people (6 years, 8 years and 2 adults) attending a wedding in the area and it did become a bit tight. We had to move some things to get the extra bed out.However the flat was spotlessly clean, warm, cozy and dry and came with everything you need even a plug in kettle! There are some great walks nearby and off street parking. If I am ever in Victoria without my children in the future I will be looking into staying here.

Property was good, easy to find in great location, we took advantage of tons of blackberry bushes along the path to the beach which was nice. The place had comfy beds and everything we needed to be comfortable. It would have been better to know the available time limits for the laundry but we were only there one night so it was perfect for our needs.

Great place

The condo was very clean and quiet. We are a family of 3 and found the place great. There was a very comfortable murphy bed in the living room which my daughter used. We were about a 25 minute drive to downtown and it was a wonderful base for all our travels. There is a nice beach just down the road. Great location and nice bakery close by.

Location, Location

My husband and I were very happy with our stay except for the noise from the upstairs tenants. The noise was not continuous but it was at least once a day for approx twenty minutes, give or take.The love seat in the sitting area was not very comfortable. Great location for walking.
