We stayed here as a family and while the host was responsive, there are several areas that could be improved. The mattresses were very uncomfortable — the bunk beds sagged in the middle, and the main bed made loud creaking noises with even small movements, which made it difficult to sleep well. For a booking of six people, only one small shampoo was provided, and when we asked for more, it wasn’t available. We also experienced a power outage at 8am that was still not restored by the time we left. I understand this may have been outside the host’s control, but it did create added inconvenience. Finally, the bathroom cleanliness could use more attention.
With improvements to the bedding, amenities, and upkeep, this property has the potential to offer a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience for families.
