“The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. “The room and area was safe. Staff were very helpful. They helped do our laundry and clean the room when asked. We were given water and toilet paper; additional utensils too. I would definitely stay here again.”
