Assolutamente da evitare!
La struttura, di per sé, avrebbe un grande potenziale, se facessero lavori di ammodernamento. Nelle condizioni attuali sembra di essere nell’Inghilterra degli anni ‘60...senza aver fatto alcuna pulizia nel frattempo! Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche perché le finestre sono state lasciate aperte (e non si potevano chiudere senza arrampicarsi sul letto). Lucernario non completamente oscurabile, con luce negli occhi dalle 5 di Condizioni decadenti e pulizia scarsissima.

Spettacolare!
fantastico questo hotel, proprio nella zona centrale, sulla baia! Le stanze non sono "camere" ma appartamenti. Il nostro addirittura era a due piani, fornito di cucina attrezzata, soggiorno spazioso, tre televisori… Poteva starci tranquillamente una famiglia di sei persone. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile, nei dintorni tanti locali dove fare una colazione perfetta, negozi e la caratteristica Chinatown proprio vicino. Grazie a Hotel.com che con le sue tariffe segrete ci ha dato la possibilità di soggiornarvi a prezzo competitivo.

Very clean room, lots of space. Nice room. Great to have a kitchen. Saturday night the noise from downstairs was somewhat loud, but other than that, it was a perfect stay.

The two nights we stayed during our long weekend visit to the island were wonderful. We were very pleased. It is quiet, clean and most importantly, the rooms are very large and authentic.

Great value staying at Swans - liked my studio room - lovely wood floor. Nice kitchenette. Great view of harbour. Wonderful area - so many restaurants nearby. Lucky I am a good sleeper who can sleep through noise as there was a fair bit of noise coming up from pub and brewery - plus people on the streets. Might bother some. But I would recommend to other sound sleepers!

Good area. Hotel has no air conditioning and is very hot there was also multiple flies in my room that I saw before I had to check out and get a different hotel

Bathroom was very messy in Pub. Sounded like someone was vacuuming at 6 am, which was noisy. We expected Pub noise in the night, but morning vacuuming seemed odd.

This property is quite run down. Rooms need new carpet, furniture, blinds. Bed was comfortable. Pictures show exposed beams in the rooms and ours were painted . Expedia showed our ck in at 3pm and hotel info was 4pm. This hotel did not live up to our expectations. Staff was just ok. Wouldn’t stay again. Plenty of options in the city center

20 Stars!!!
Absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and willing to accommodate. We had an excellent room with private courtyard and the only time we heard anything from anyone was when the seagulls awoke in the morning! Parking can be a hassle but we found a place across the street from the hotel and though expensive, was very convenient.
