Hotel vicino a Victoria Row - Charlottetown

“I love, LOVE the Great George and have stayed there numerous times over the years. My suite was superb, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff, as always, was friendly and extremely professional. For those new to Charlottetown, the location of the Great George is perfect - it's an easy walk to all of the downtown attractions and amenities. A++”

“Nice property, easy walk to downtown. The room was great except for the thumping from kids running in the suite above us. They said these rooms were soundproofed, but the noise was quite noticeable. Breakfast was OK but eggs were overcooked.”

“A beautiful historic hotel, we found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, comfortable suite (ours had a kitchen) and loved that we could do laundry at the onsite laundry machines. We could walk everywhere in old Charlottetown, and parking was free at the hotel. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone I know travelling to PEI.”

“Hotel was the best one we stayed at while travelling the Maritimes. Great location in downtown Charlottetown, a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Easy parking, great staff and breakfast was good. Would recommend staying at this hotel.”

“This is a simple, reasonably priced place to stay in Charlottetown. It was a great location with lively entertainment and diverse dining in the surrounding blocks. A few things I wish I’d known before staying on a Friday night: - don’t stress too much about where to park. As of 6 PM, the meters in front of the hotel become free for the weekend! We were able to park right in front of the building for free. - bring earplugs even if you’re not a light sleeper. I can sleep well most of the time...

“The room was clean and comfortable although noisy the first night due to young people running up and down the hall (I think there was a sports tournament in town). The hotel itself, particularly where our room was in a second floor hallway at the back side of the building, was dingy and not clean. The stair carpets in this area were stained with what looked like vomit or who can say what. Caution if you stay on the second floor in the far left side of the building, as the floor drops down...
